The Data Protection act is was replaced by the GDPR on the 25th May 2018.
These changes have been made to ensure that YOU are informed of How, What and Where and for how long information is collected and stored about you.
This information could be your name, address, telephone number and email address and much more.
For individuals that use one of our services we do provide Consent documents and notifications and will also explain how and why and for how long we store your data. If you are not happy with the service provided then please feel free to contact Rachel Frost who will gladly listen to your concerns. Feedback is vital to make adjustments to ensure the service provided is satisfactory and the best that it can be.
